That is not a Hammer. The Hammer was based on the W124 body, and yes, a coupe existed:

Haha. Well as much as I can find shows that only one coupe was build for the US and that was for 1989. This car is an 87 and was purchased from a place called Mercedes Custom Benze so maybe it was retrofitted with Hammer parts but I am thinking that the chances it was actually built by AMG are slim. This should reduce it's value greatly.
